After college I found my way into the Mortgage Business. My background is Engineering and my family were merchants (Lloyds of Long Beach), a perfect mix for home finance . I started learning how to do loans, everyone in the office would come to me to figure out how to solve problems and this has led me to find my Why? in helping others. If you put people first, repeat business seems to continue to come. 

Since 2004 I have specialized in loans that require a trusted advisor, rather than simply a rate. So folks that are buyign their First Home, going through Divorce and need to split their assets, a Death in the Family forcing a buyout, Reverse Mortgages to work with your Financial Advisor to get a long term life plan, and Renovation \ Construction Lending. These loans require that I listen to clients, figure out their needs and come up with solutions.
